FloatingGeneral Manager
Job Description:
As the Floating General Manager, you'll oversee assigned unit operations and maintain relationships with Hourly Employees, Corporate and Regional Employees and guests.
The role will encompass recruiting, training and retention of employees.
You'll implement ongoing training and administer the restaurant hourly compensation program.
Ensure food complies with SOP, including specifications, recipes, plating and garnishes.
Serve food to the correct temperature, within standard ticket times.

Qualifications:
