You will communicate with the service and fellow Heart of House Heros to expedite all food deliveries to to-go, dining room, and bar areas.
You will ensure everyone who comes through our doors as a guest will leave as a friend by being your authentic self.
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)oKitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere oMust possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law oAble to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds oGood hearing for safety and accurate communicationoMust be able to read, write and speak in EnglishoMust have reliable transportationoMust possess excellent communication and leadership skillsOur Expeditors are Responsible for:
oProviding our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints oEnsuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products oSupport the Heart of House team by expediting the service of all dining rooms, bars and to go oOptimize the Heart of the House by efficiently maintaining the flow of service while controlling costs and wasteoBeing aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
