Take orders, serve food and drinks, answer inquiries about the menu and comply with the wishes of the guest, as well as suggestively sell food and drinks.
Work closely as a team to ensure guests receive excellent service.

Qualifications:

At Another Broken Egg we are Happy People Sharing Happinesso Must fully understand and have knowledge of ABE food, beverage, and service standards.
o Be able to read menu items and speak English.
o Must be able to deliver plates, food and clear tables, which may require lifting of up to 30 lbs.
o Be able to reach, bend, stoop and perform cleaning duties.
Walk or stand for a 6-10 hour shift.
o Be able to hear well with loud background noise, in order to answer telephone and respond to guest requests.
o Possess basic math skills and have the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

o Welcome Guests genuinely, get to know them and treat them like family.
o Have a strong knowledge of our Menu.
Know how everything is made, where it came from, and why it is a great choice.
o Connect with Guests.
Interact, learn, and make recommendations you genuinely feel they will enjoy.
o Take food and beverage orders.
Accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
o Be an instrumental and happy member of a fast-paced team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and constantly look for ways to help.
o Perform side work at the start, middle and end of each shift according to daily side-work-chart.
o Responsibility for cleanliness of the front of the house and expo including tables, terminals, refrigerators, drink stations, host stand and bar.
o Observe and ensure the ultimate in guest satisfaction with the food, service, and ambiance.
Respond promptly and politely to any requests.
o Notify person-in-charge any time a guest is not 100% happy with their experience.
o Looks for opportunities and bring suggestions for improvement.
