oMust possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law oAble to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds oGood hearing for safety and accurate communicationoMust be able to read, write and speak in EnglishoMust have reliable transportationRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES oBeing strong brand stewards and ensuring each guest receives excellent service by leading and modeling our 1-4-7 philosophy.
oDeveloping a strong and motivated team through recruitment, communication and training plans.
oIdentify strategies to retain and develop the best Team Members.
oLeading Team Members through coaching, discipline and adherence to the brand standardsoExecuting positive financial results, including but not limited to meeting sales goal and optimizing P&L.
oEnsuring that restaurant facilities are consistently meeting brand standards.
oBeing aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests.
oEnsuring compliance with all labor regulations.
