You are responsible for making any and all alcoholic beverages for the service staff.
You will ensure everyone who comes through our doors as a guest will leave as a friend by being your authentic self.
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation):
oBartender experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere oMust possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law oAble to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds oGood hearing for safety and accurate communicationoMust be able to read, write and speak in EnglishoMust have reliable transportationOur Bartenders are Responsible for:
oProviding our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints oCreating stunning, handcrafted cocktails that align with brand recipesoPromoting our products to guests by communicating with extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus.
oFinancial accountability during their shift, including consistent bar inventories to ensure balanced fundsoEnsuring our bars are ready to serve guests by stocking, opening and tapping all bar suppliesoBeing aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests.
