Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team!Scope of Role:

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pmJob Engagement:
Contract This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Greets patients as they arrive and manages 20 minute wait time.
Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents.
Assist with coordination and processing of all patient referrals for specialty services.
Enter all referral, hospital, outpatient, DME and other patient specialty health service authorizations into the computer system according to Company policy and procedure.
Receives consultant reports, maintains documentation, and routes to the appropriate physician promptly.
Answers phones and schedules appointments.
Completes all administrative functions Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Required2
years of customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, ect.
