Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to company recipes and specifications.
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)oKitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphereoMust possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law oAble to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds oGood hearing for safety and accurate communication oMust be able to read, write and speak in EnglishoMust have reliable transportationOur Line Cooks are Responsible for:
oEnsuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherenceoPreparing guest orders accurately in a timely manner oSupporting the success of the Heart of house through proper food preparation and stock levelsoMaintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areasoBeing aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
