Personnel Assistant
Job Description:
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the owner by assisting with , clerical, marketing, vacation rental This position will also assist for booking events and company functions.
The Personnel Assistant will work closely with other departments as needed.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist with special events such as birthday, corporate parties , holiday parties, etc.
Assist with development of employee manuals Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous administrative assistant or related role highly preferred Must have excellent customer service skills; be able to maintain confidentiality; be able to problem solve independently; be organized; have strong written and verbal communication skills; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task; ability to work in a team environment; ability to work with minimal supervision; and willingness to learn.
