The Supervisor role is a position leading union represented mechanical/electrical/optical assemblers in solder, bonding, and test.
Responsibilities include; prioritization of hardware through assembly processes, hardware status reporting to center and program leadership, management of quality, schedule and cost goals for multiple work cells, support development and implementation of process improvements, energize team members and set the standard for performance excellence.
Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.
Our manufacturing shifts are first, second and weekend shifts 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's degree Microsoft office suite experience Prior leadership/management experience in a complex manufacturing environment Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
